Good Habits

     This week I read an article that explained the utter important of a strong morning routine. In fact, it argued that our societies most successful people have strong and reflective morning routines EVERY MORNING. 

     Ive always wondered why I felt I was crawling through my days rather than being prepared for it! I figured out my morning routine or, lack thereof, was the problem. So, this week I woke up at (6am-6:30) every morning. Doing this, I found that I had a clearer mind, a more rested body, and a hunger for what the day held for me. 

    This week I also solidified my topic for my undergraduate research project! With the help from my economic professor I decided to go with a topic that focuses around how material possessions effects ones happiness.
